Guests at a long table during a club dinner

Fixed monthly fee · nothing per ticket

Sell access. Keep what you earn.

Whether you run a club dinner, sell places in a workshop or let people in at a desk: Passavo handles the selling online and at the door. You pay a fixed amount per month and nothing per ticket.

Apple Wallet Google Wallet

Passavo is a ticketing, point-of-sale and scanning platform for clubs, associations, visitor attractions and small events. You sell tickets online in your own ticket shop, at the counter on a tablet and in timed slots, and you scan them at the door with a phone — even without a network. It costs a flat amount per month: free to start, then from €9.00 a month, excluding VAT. There is no per-ticket fee and no commission on your revenue. On the free plan every event sells up to 100 paid tickets and free events are unlimited; unlocking one bigger event costs €19.00, once. Payments run through your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro account and land straight in your own bank account.

The money is yours

Most ticketing platforms keep a percentage or a fixed amount per ticket. At a party with eight hundred visitors that adds up fast. Passavo does not: you connect your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro and the payment arrives there directly.

  • No commission and no amount per ticket sold.
  • Paid out straight into your own account, not through us.
  • One fixed monthly fee, however much you sell.

How to start

  1. 1

    Set up what you sell

Create your products, prices and, if you need them, time slots. That is an afternoon's work, not a project.

The product screen in the back office: three products with their type, their price and a tick showing they are online.
  2. 2

    Connect your payment provider

You connect your own Mollie or Stripe account in a few clicks, or paste the key of your Bancontact Pro account. From then on every payment lands in your own account.

    • Mollie
    • Stripe
    • Bancontact
  3. 3

    Share your link

Put the shop on your website, on social media or on a poster with a QR code. At the door you scan with your phone.

The ticket is no longer a coloured card. Your event poster fills almost the whole screen, with the QR code below it and a venue guide that drops your visitor at the right door.

  • The poster ticket Your own poster across almost the entire phone screen. Your visitor spots their ticket among ten other passes, and your event is shown large on top of that.
  • A venue guide with the ticket Directions, parking, accessibility, public transport and ordering food: one row of buttons under the poster takes your visitor where they need to be.
  • The next dates on one pass A season pass or a series shows the next dates on the pass itself. One pass in the wallet instead of ten separate ones.
  • Buttons at the top of the pass Directions and View order sit at the top and stay in view. Your visitor never has to flip the pass over first.

At the door there is nothing to work out

The scanning app gives one answer per ticket: valid, already scanned or invalid. Large, in colour and with the word beside it, so that someone scanning for the first time knows straight away what to do.

Colour is never the only signal. Every answer carries a symbol and a word as well — which is what you need at a dark entrance or in bright sunlight.

The app is free and comes with every plan, including the free one. You sign in with your organisation code.

Two phones running the scanning app: a valid ticket on the left, an already scanned ticket on the right.

Built for anyone selling access

Clubs and associations, sports clubs, workshops and courses, wellness, boat trips, Christmas markets, small concerts and theatre, fairs, guided tours, escape rooms, brewery and winery visits, museums, castles and gardens. If there is a door, an hour or a seat to share out, it fits.

Guests at a long table during a club dinner

Clubs and associations

Dinner night, quiz, party or annual celebration. Sign-ups in advance, tickets at the door, and a list that still adds up as the hall fills.

Hands painting pottery during a workshop

Workshops and courses

A series of six evenings or a one-off workshop. Limited places per session and payment up front: a full session stops selling, at the desk as well.

A singer backlit on a small stage

Concerts and theatre

Small venues, runs of performances and try-outs. Each performance in its own time slot with its own capacity, and a scan that does not hold up the queue.

A tour boat with passengers in a harbour canal

Guided tours and boat trips

Fixed departure times, group bookings alongside single tickets and a clear capacity. Whatever sold online also shows up at the till on the jetty.
