There is no amount per ticket sold anywhere, not even hidden in a percentage. You start for free, without card details, and you only switch plans when it actually helps you.
Passavo is a ticketing, point-of-sale and scanning platform for clubs, associations, visitor attractions and small events. You sell tickets online in your own ticket shop, at the counter on a tablet and in timed slots, and you scan them at the door with a phone — even without a network. It costs a flat amount per month: free to start, then from €9.00 a month, excluding VAT. There is no per-ticket fee and no commission on your revenue. On the free plan every event sells up to 100 paid tickets and free events are unlimited; unlocking one bigger event costs €19.00, once. Payments run through your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro account and land straight in your own bank account.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. If your organisation has no valid European VAT number — as most non-profits and unincorporated associations do not — 20 % Bulgarian VAT is added: €29.00 becomes €34.80. With a valid VAT number the VAT is reverse-charged and you pay the net price.
Cashless at the bar
No percentage on the balance your visitors top up. That is the habit in this market and it is exactly what we do not do: your visitor's money is not our revenue.
On the Pro plan cashless is included, with nothing to pay on top and no ceiling.

Built for organisations that do not sell every month
Your first event is free
Every event sells up to 100 paid tickets within the free plan, and free events are always unlimited. You fill in no card details and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
Pause during your quiet months
Selling three months a year? Then you pay for three months. Put your paid plan on pause when things are quiet and resume with one click; at least 3 months are invoiced per calendar year.
Pay yearly: 2 months free
With a yearly invoice you pay for ten months instead of twelve. Handy for an association that budgets by working year.
Never a sales stop in the middle of your event
If you go past an event's ceiling, your sales simply continue and you get 14 days to choose: pay for that one event at €19.00, or take a plan. We do not stop a dinner that is happening tonight.
Payout
You connect your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro. Your visitor's payment lands directly in your account; we are not in between and therefore withhold nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Is there really no fee per ticket?
No. Nowhere in Passavo is there an amount per ticket, not even hidden in a percentage. What you pay is the monthly amount of your plan; what your visitor pays is the price you set.
What does the payment provider cost, then?
Mollie, Stripe and Bancontact Pro each charge their own transaction fees, directly to you. Those rates are on their websites and do not go through us — nor does the money, and we add nothing on top.
Is the free plan really free, or is it a trial?
Really free, with no end date. Free events are unlimited, and every event may sell up to 100 paid tickets — as many events a year as you like. You need no card details to start and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
What happens if I go past my ticket cap?
Your sales continue. You get a notice and 14 days to choose: pay for that one event at €19.00, or take a bigger plan. If you choose nothing, only the sale of paid tickets for that event stops after that; free registrations keep working and nothing is ever deleted.
Can I pause when I am not selling?
Yes. Put your paid plan on pause and you stop receiving invoices; your data, your shop and your tickets stay in place. During the pause you keep working on the free plan. Resuming is one click, and at least 3 months are invoiced per calendar year.
What does paying yearly get me?
You pay for ten months instead of twelve, so 2 months free. A yearly plan is paid in advance and therefore cannot be paused.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You pay monthly and you can stop at any time, or step back to the free plan. Your data stays yours and you can export it.
Does it work for a single event a year?
Yes, and the model is built for it. Every event may sell up to 100 paid tickets, even if you run three a year. If one event outgrows that, you pay for that one event separately or take a plan in the months you need it.
Is there a mention of you on my shop and tickets?
Yes, a small one. It sits on the ticket shop, on the tickets and in the emails. It disappears on your paid events once you are on Pro; on free events it always stays, because if you ask your visitors for nothing, you pay us nothing for that event either.
