Having your account or data deleted
Staff members get their access from the administrator of their organisation, who can also withdraw it (Staff → the member → Delete). Your account itself then still exists. If you want us to erase your account and your data, e-mail support@passavo.eu with the organisation's name and the account's e-mail address. Within thirty days we delete your account, your name and e-mail address and the scan log in your name; what the law requires us to keep (invoices, the till journal) stays for as long as the law demands.
