Why we are building this
Passavo grew out of a simple irritation: whoever sells tickets usually pays per ticket — and therefore pays most when things go well.
An association selling eight hundred tickets for its dinner night watches several hundred euros disappear on most platforms. Not for a service that cost more than it did at a hundred tickets, but for a percentage. That feels lopsided, and it is.
So Passavo charges a fixed amount per month and nothing per ticket sold. It costs us some margin on large customers, but it makes the bill fair and above all predictable. In January you already know what December will cost.
The second choice follows from the first: your money does not come to us. You connect your own payment provider, and your visitor's payment goes straight into your account. We keep none of it back, not even a small percentage.
We build for associations, clubs, workshops and small places to visit — organisations with volunteers and an afternoon to spare, not with an IT department. That shapes every choice in the product: better one screen that works than ten settings that might.

We answer every email ourselves. No chatbot and no call centre — just someone who built the system.
