Passavo is a ticketing, point-of-sale and scanning platform for clubs, associations, visitor attractions and small events. You sell tickets online in your own ticket shop, at the counter on a tablet and in timed slots, and you scan them at the door with a phone — even without a network. It costs a flat amount per month: free to start, then from €9.00 a month, excluding VAT. There is no per-ticket fee and no commission on your revenue. On the free plan every event sells up to 100 paid tickets and free events are unlimited; unlocking one bigger event costs €19.00, once. Payments run through your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro account and land straight in your own bank account.

Our amounts exclude VAT. With Passavo you connect your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro account: your visitor's money comes straight to you, not first into an account of the platform. You can unlock a single event up to 2 times per calendar year; if you run big events more often, you choose a plan from €9.00 a month. One thing to keep in mind with the difference: according to their pricing page, the payment provider's transaction costs are already included in the Xceed amount, whereas with Passavo you still pay them to your own provider. They differ per payment method.
Frequently asked questions
Are these figures current?
They were read on the date shown with the source. Rates change and we do not hear about it automatically: always check them on the site of Xceed before you decide. If something no longer matches, tell us and we will correct it.
What if I hand out a lot of free tickets?
With Passavo free events are unlimited on every plan; no amount is ever charged per free registration. What Xceed charges for free tickets is in the table above.
Are payment costs included in this calculation?
Not in our column: with Passavo you pay the transaction costs directly to your own payment provider, and they differ per payment method. Whether they come on top at Xceed or are already in their rate is stated below the worked example. The difference in the table is therefore about what the PLATFORM charges.
Can I switch without stopping a sale that is already running?
Yes. You set up your next event with us and leave what has already been sold where it is. Tickets sold elsewhere stay valid there; you do not have to migrate anything to start.
The rates of other providers come from their own public pages on the date shown and may have changed since. We have no connection with these companies and their brand names are theirs. Check every figure on their site before you choose.
