White label ticketing

White label ticketing means the buyer sees your organisation throughout, from the shop to the ticket, rather than the name of the software you happen to use.

White label ticketing is selling under your own identity: your name, your logo, your colours and, where you want it, your own domain in the address bar. The software underneath is unchanged. What changes is whose brand the buyer is trusting at the moment they enter their card details.

Why the address bar matters

People check the domain when money is involved, even if they could not tell you they do it. A local audience recognises the name of their own club or venue and does not recognise the name of a ticketing supplier, so an unfamiliar address adds a beat of doubt at the worst moment.

There is a longer-term argument too. If every link you have ever shared points at a platform, then the audience you built belongs to that address. Selling on your own domain keeps the relationship pointing at you.

What it does not fix

Your own name on the shop does not change who handles the payment, and it should not pretend to. The payment page will show the provider processing the card, which is correct and expected.

It also does not remove the need to say who you are. Consumer rules expect a buyer to be able to find the legal entity, the address and the contact details behind a sale, whatever the domain says.

Your name with Passavo

The shop carries your name, your logo and your colour, and the confirmation email and the ticket carry your organisation's name in that colour. A small mention of us stays, except on paid events on the Pro plan.

From the Growth plan you can point your own domain at the shop, so the address the buyer sees is one they already know. Setting it up takes two records with whoever manages your domain.

Common questions

Is our logo on the tickets too?

Your logo is on the shop and on the wallet pass. The confirmation email and the printable ticket carry your organisation's name in your colour, so the whole path reads as yours.

Is a separate domain difficult to arrange?

It is two records added at your domain provider: one that points to us and one that proves the domain is yours. Anyone who already manages your website will recognise the step immediately.
