You have just bought a ticket from an association, a museum or a visitor site, and at the bottom you read where that sale ran. If you organise something yourself — a supper, a guided walk, a concert, an open day — you can set up the same ticketing today. No quote and no card details.
Passavo is a ticketing, point-of-sale and scanning platform for clubs, associations, visitor attractions and small events. You sell tickets online in your own ticket shop, at the counter on a tablet and in timed slots, and you scan them at the door with a phone — even without a network. It costs a flat amount per month: free to start, then from €9.00 a month, excluding VAT. There is no per-ticket fee and no commission on your revenue. On the free plan every event sells up to 100 paid tickets and free events are unlimited; unlocking one bigger event costs €19.00, once. Payments run through your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro account and land straight in your own bank account.
What the free plan covers
Up to 100 paid tickets per event
Per event and not per year. Three small events in a row therefore stay free.
Unlimited free events
If you charge your visitors nothing, we charge you nothing. Sign-ups for a quiz, a meeting or an open day do not count.
No cost per ticket
No amount per ticket sold and no percentage of your turnover. Selling more does not cost more.
The money lands with you
You connect your own Mollie, Stripe or Bancontact Pro. Your visitor's payment goes straight to your association's account.
If one event runs past that cap, you pay for that single event for €19.00, or you take a plan from €9.00 per month. Excluding VAT and cancellable monthly.

Do I have to install anything?
Only the free scanning app, on the phone you already have. Your ticket shop runs in the browser, and at the door you scan even without a network.
What does a ticket cost me?
Nothing. You pay a fixed amount per month, or nothing at all on the free plan; the transaction fees of your own payment provider are separate.
Can volunteers run this?
That is what it was built for. Staff only see the screens they need, and at the door there is one button: scan.
What does the organisation that sent me here get out of it?
If you sign up through this page, you both get a month free: you on your first paid plan, they on their next invoice as soon as you have paid that first month.
