For clubs playing at home every other week
Matches, tournaments and training camps. Season-ticket holders who are always there, visitors who decide on Saturday morning, and a gate that suddenly gets busy at five to three.
The club plays at home every other week. A hundred and twenty season-ticket holders, some two hundred single visitors per match, and over the Easter break a youth tournament with eighteen visiting teams. The treasurer does not want to pay commission on every admission sold, and the steward at the gate does not want a paper list at minus two degrees.
How it goes
Step 1
Every home match gets its own sale
You enter the fixture list once: per match its own capacity, its own price and, if you like, a separate ticket per stand.
Step 2
Season-ticket holders already have their card in their phone
A season pass goes into the supporter's wallet and stays there all season. No plastic card to lose and no list to tick off at the gate.
Step 3
At the gate you scan everything with the same app
Single tickets and season passes mixed, two gates at once. Green means in; anyone who passed their card on to someone else sees red immediately.
Step 4
At the window you keep selling until kick-off
Anyone arriving without a ticket buys one at the window, by card or in cash. It counts towards the same capacity, so you always know how many places are still free.
Why it fits here
What a ticket earns stays with the club
A fixed amount per month and nothing per ticket sold. For a club with two thousand visitors a season, your bill does not grow with your crowd.
Season passes and single tickets in one system
Regulars get a pass that stays valid all season, and anyone who wants to come once buys an ordinary ticket. At the gate it is the same scan.
Works on a freezing stand
The scanning app runs on your stewards' phones and keeps going when the network drops. Gloves on, screen green, keep moving.
A tournament sits neatly alongside
A youth tournament, a holiday camp or the supporters' club dinner goes in without opening a second system.
Quiet months need not be paid for
During the summer break you pause your plan. Nothing is billed, and you start again with one click as soon as the fixture list is out.
The sum
In our example, at least €210.00 a year stays in your own till.
What it costs
2,000 paid tickets at €10.00 each: €20,000.00 going through your own till.
Two thousand visitors a season is an ordinary club in the regional leagues. With a percentage per ticket you pay for those visitors again every year.
With a platform that charges per ticket
€500.00 to €2,020.00
With us, the Growth plan, per year
€290.00
All amounts are excluding VAT and per year. The rates we compare against are the going per-ticket rates in this market; we charge a fixed amount and nothing per ticket.
Frequently asked questions
How do our season-ticket holders get their pass?
They buy it in your ticket shop and receive it straight away by email, with a button to add it to their wallet. Anyone who does not use their phone simply comes with a printout: same code, same scan.
How many people can scan at the same time?
As many gates as you need. Every scanner sees the same count, so a card that comes in at one gate no longer works at the other.
Can our stewards see the rest of our data?
No. A scanner gets exactly the right to scan — not your membership list, not your revenue and not your settings.
We also sell drink tokens. Can those come along?
Yes. Tokens and combinations of admission plus a drink sell as an ordinary product, online or at the window.
Get started
Set up your first home match and scan a test ticket at the gate. In ten minutes you will see whether it works on your stand, and you need no card details to begin.

Worth knowing before you start
The handful of terms that come up most often in this line of work, explained plainly.
- The season pass A season pass sells the whole year in one go, which is excellent for your cash flow and slightly harder at the entrance.
- The attendee list An attendee list is only useful if the person holding it at the door has the version that was correct ten minutes ago.
- Event registration Event registration is the difference between hoping people turn up and knowing who they are before they do.
- Access control Access control is the few seconds in which a ticket stops being a promise and becomes a person standing inside your building.
